The main monument consists of a large, solid rectangular building with thick walls and an interior space of approximately 5.6 square meters. The arches and architecture of the building and its covering of the buildings is from 7th and 8th century.

The tiled dome of the monument was renovated in the last year of Hassan Fadakar's life in 1959 by his personal budget.

Imamzadeh Saleh's site was a completely enclosed area like other Iranian shrines before the change of Tajrish Street, but today all the walls have been removed.

Imamzadeh Saleh's tomb and its vast courtyard, with an area of 3,000 square meters, is one of the largest and most magnificent Imamzadehs in Iran.

Imamzadeh Saleh (AS) is based on the inscriptions above the courtyard and pilgrimage of Imam Musa Kazem (AS) and Imam Reza's brother (AS).

Not only in Tehran but also in Iran and in the Shiite-populated areas of the world, the Imamzadeh attracts a large number of enthusiasts from Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Lebanon each year.

The main building of the monument is a large and magnificent rectangular square with an interior area of 42250 square meters and thick walls that, according to the style of the arches, are similar to the Ilkhanid era architectural style.

It was probably built in the seventh and eighth centuries AH or before that.

Its dome is covered with beautiful tiles. This dome was renovated in 1944 by Hasan Fadakar and its tiles was restored like its original form.

The construction of the current dome, along with decorations and vaults, exquisite paintings and refinements in the shrine, repairs and partial extensions, and overall reinforcement was done by Haku Mirza, known as Bahador Khan son of Hassan Ali Mirza Shoja al-Saltaneh and grandson of Fath Ali Shah.

Evidence suggests that Imamzadeh Saleh had an inscription that appears to have been destroyed in repairs and alterations to the site, which coincided with the reign of Ghazan Khan, the first muslim ilkhan Mongol and the propagator of Islam among the Mongols.

6. Eynali and Zeynali Imamzadeh

In the Punak district of Tehran, there is an Imamzadeh in which two innocent brothers who are the grandchildren of the Imams are buried.

The two brothers are named Eynali and Zeynali, both of whom have been martyred at the same time and place. Even in the great Tehran, some are unaware of the existence of such Imamzadeh.

The locality of Eynali and Zeynali Imamzadeh has preserved its spiritual atmosphere.

Today we are going to take a look at this and add a cozy shrine to our list of popular attractions.

There is no single narrative about these two holy brothers.

Some Punak residents believe that the 11-year-old Eynali and the 15-year-old Zeynali were the children of Imam Sajjad (AS) who was killed and captured by the usurpers about 1200 years ago buried near a plane tree.

Others believe that the two brothers came to Iran during the reign of Imam Reza  together with Harun al-Rashid.

Upon their arrival in Iran, government officials who attempted to massacre the imams and their children blocked the road to Mashhad.

The two brothers came to the village of Punk, where they were martyred by a man named Ali Omran.

They were seven and four years old at the time of their martyrdom.

Some also refer to the names of the two Imams as Raoun Ibn Ali and Zeyd Ibn Ali, the sons of Imam Sajjad, who were martyred by Ali Imran by a shovel.

At the time of Fath Ali Shah, the place of killing Eynali and Zeynali was considered as an Imamzadeh.

The present-day building of Imamzadeh was built in 1958by Nasser Farmanfarma like the other religious sites and was reconstructed later.

It was rebuilt in 1997 by the late Fereydoon Parhizgar, and in 2001 a new shrine was provided by Professor Abolhassani Meibodi to replace the previous wooden one.

Entering the Imamzadeh building, as in many religious sites in Iran, the mirrors catches your attention.

One third of the bottom of the walls are made of marble and the rest of the walls are mirrored to the ceiling.

There is also a small square block in the middle of the building where the two brothers are buried. You can see people praying in there.

7. Minas Church

The Minas Church was built with the personal cost of Hassan Mostofi al-Mamalek in 1856 for Armenians who came to Tehran from Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province and lived in Deh Vanak.

In this church you can see the cross made of bronze, with the phrase "Mostofi al-Mamalek Vanak in the city of Ziqadeh Al-Haram 1278".

The reason why this church was named Minas Church goes back to the historical story of Minas.

Minas was a wise man who was sent to Egypt by the order of Caesar Rome to end the war in the Eskandarieh city.

He accomplished his mission well and treated the people with kindness and compassion.

After this mission, Minas joined the religion of Christ and Caesar ordered his head to be torn, and then Christians regarded Minas as a holy person.

For this reason, the Armenians of Tehran chose Minas as the name of the church they had built in the Armenian neighborhood in order to keep Minas's name and memory alive.

The church is rectangular in shape with a length of 17 meters and a width of 9.5 meters and materials such as bricks is used in its construction.

Here you can see the six wooden columns and the three entrance doors with the bell above the southern entrance.

The cemetery of the people of the Deh Vanak is located on the east side of the church and Ararat Stadium (Armenian Special Sports Complex) is currently built there.

This monument was registered in January 2006 as national monuments of Iran.
